Established and growing IT Company is looking for the above resource to join their team. Main purpose of Job/Role: Working as part of the Availability Management extended functional team, to help ensure the Availability and Performance aspects of the supported customer IT infrastructure are communicated effectively and that any future impact to the estates are reported and analysed. To check and validate the Monthly Availability Reporting covering several performance metrics. Requirements Main Duties/Key Responsibilities Availability Management and Processes · Following processes defined by the function, responsibility for running and producing monthly Tier 1 and Tier2 performance and availability reporting covering infrastructure devices. · Ensure all reports are complete and delivered to agreed timelines · Perform basic analysis where necessary and have the ability to communicate aspects of availability management if required · To manage the scheduling and publishing of reports, and have the ability to create one off ad-hoc reports if required · Effective and efficient communication with Infrastructure Services clients · Realize Availability Requirements · Monitoring Maintenance obligations · Ability to co-ordinate parties concerned to investigate and identify root cause of issues through analysis of information Customer Reporting: · Compiling Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer reports and adhere to the guidelines outlined in PRS · Schedule and publish reports as per agreed Service Level Agreements. Essential Knowledge/Skills · Strong MS Excel, MS Word skills · Planning and Organisational skills · Strong Communication skills · An understanding of ITIL methodology / Service management practices · Understanding of performance metrics · Good knowledge of IT platforms Essential Qualifications · Grade 12 – subjects: Mathematics · Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically advanced Excel Skills Candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted.
