Our client based in the Eastrand currently have an attractive career opportunity for a Sage Evolution Implementation and Support Consultant. The main focus of this position is to deliver excellent customer service, accurate information and correct implementations to all of the customer base. The ability to work in a very pressurized environment is critical. Telephonic, email and remote support will be involved and will involve in-depth technical assistance as well as accounting advice. Implementation will be done both in house and onsite. Required knowledge and skills: Above average ability to trouble-shoot Strong communication skills Strong customer service ethic with excellent follow up and attention to detail Ability to aid clients challenges and frustrations in a professional manner Ability to work as part of a team and independently Able to meet deadlines Able to pick up on potential problem areas and handle them effectively Excellent Product Knowledge and be up to date with changes and new product knowledge Strong troubleshooting skills as well as Implementation skills Able to handle repetition Must be fully EPCP Certified - LU1 – LU6. Focus & result areas: Providing Customer Service Adhering to policies and procedures Resolve clients queries telephonically and via email Adhering to top quality implementation standards and policies and procedures Administration: capturing accurate information about any interaction with clients on database Ensure that all incidents are actioned and resolved timeously, with no escalations Creating Consulting Articles, Knowledge Base Articles or any other documentation that might be required and helpful to other members IV Monthly Management Reports Training, Coaching and Meetings: Attending training sessions Information sharing Constantly updating product knowledge Should you meet the above requirements and would like to apply, please email your cv through to Debbie.Olivier@gijima.com with Sage Evolution Implementation and Support Consultant in the subject line.
